Aborsi : Tinjauan Medis, Hukum dan Agama (Katolik)

Minggu ini, dunia kedokteran Indonesia dikejutkan dengan merebaknya berita tentang praktek aborsi seorang dokter di Jakarta. Seorang janin yang belum pernah melihat dunia, harus meregang nyawa tanpa tahu apa salah dan dosanya –melankolis gak?-
Berita ini mengingatkan saya pada kejadian sekitar 2 minggu yang lalu.

Alkisah, saat itu matahari tlah digantikan bulan. Jam sudah menunjukkan pkl.20.00, berhubung tidak ada kegiatan koas a.k.a kepaniteraan klinik seperti jaga , kerja tugas, atau hal-hal lain maka saat itu “mode santai on”. Ceritanya, lagi menikmati acara tv- sudah lupa waktu itu nonton apa- tiba-tiba ……
Kring…kring … - sebuah nomor yang tidak saya kenal melakukan panggilan ke hp saya. Saya angkat dan mulailah percakapan.
Inti dari percakapan itu, ternyata dia teman SMA yang sedang dalam kesulitan. Seorang temannya sudah hamil a.k.a mengandung a.k.a bunting a.k.a berbadan dua sudah 2 bulan. Berhubung mekanisme terjadinya badan dua itu tidak sesuai hukum alias akibat pergaulan bebas maka teman saya itu bertanya apakah saya mengenal seorang yang bisa melakukan tindakan aborsi terhadap temannya itu. Menurut penuturan dia, seorang telah memberikan dia suatu obat yang setelah saya cek di MIMS ternyata obat yang dikontraindikasikan bagi wanita hamil. Dugaan saya, orang yang memberikannya berharap supaya kandungannya itu rupture atau terjadi aborsi. Namun, ternyata si “obat” gak mempan. Berhubung, teman wanita teman saya ini sudah kepepet takut ketahuan orang tua dan keluarganya maka dia berencana aborsi. Untungnya tidak ada orang yang saya kenal berpraktek aborsi. Akhir dari percakapan itu, saya sarankan bahwa teman wanitanya itu sudah sekali berbuat dosa, daripada berbuat dosa lagi lebih baik memperbaiki kesalahan itu dan bertanggung jawab atas perbuatan yang dia lakukan.

Kejadian di atas,benar-benar nyata tidak dibuat-buat. “mode= case close”

HmHmHm “mode serious abiz ” Sebenarnya aborsi itu apa? Apa alasan orang melakukan aborsi? Apa benar aborsi melanggar hukum? Apa? Mengapa? Bagaimana?Kapan? Siapa?Di mana? tapi itulah yang akan dibahas.

Apa itu abortus ?

Dari buku kapita selekta kedokteran disebutkan bahwa abortus adalah suatu ancaman atau pengeluaran hasil konsepsi sebelum janin dapat hidup di luar kandungan, dan sebagai batasan digunakan kehamilan kurang dari 20 minggu atau berat anak kurang dari 500 gram, sementara aborsi adalah suatu tindakan melakukan abortus.

Secara umum, abortus ada 2 yaitu , abortus spontan dan abortus buatan atau abortus provocatus. Abortus spontan adalah mekanisme alamiah yang menyebabkan terhentinya proses kehamilan sebelum berumur 28 minggu. Penyebabnya dapat oleh karena penyakit yang diderita si ibu ataupun sebab-sebab lain yang pada umumnya berhubungan dengan kelainan pada sistem reproduksi. Sementara abortus buatan adalah suatu upaya yang disengaja untuk menghentikan proses kehamilan sebelum berumur 28 minggu, dimana janin (hasil konsepsi) yang dikeluarkan tidak bisa bertahan hidup di dunia luar.

Abortus provocatus dibagi menjadi dua, yaitu abortus provocatus medicinalis dan abortus provocatus criminalis .
Pembagian lain abortus menurut keadaan janin yang sudah dikeluarkan berupa abortus komplit, abortus inkomplet, abortus insipiens, abortus iminens, dan missed abortion.

Bagaimana proses aborsi terjadi ?
Menurut Dokter Boyke, praktik aborsi dilakukan dengan beberapa macam teknik.

Pertama, teknik adilatasi dan kuret. Sebuah alat dimasukkan untuk memperlebar lubang leher rahim. Kemudian, janin yang hidup itu dilepaskan dari dinding rahim, dicabik kecil-kecil menggunakan alat yang tajam, dan dibuang ke luar.

Kedua, teknik sunction. Teknik ini dilakukan dengan memasukkan sebuah tabung ke dalam rahim yang menyedot janin ke luar. Janin tercabik menjadi potongan kecil dan dimasukkan ke dalam sebuah botol.

Ketiga, teknik salt poisoned. Cara ini dilakukan pada janin berusia lebih dari 16 minggu, ketika sudah cukup banyak cairan yang terkumpul di sekitar bayi dalam kantong anak sehingga sulit memasukkan alat karena ruang gerak bayi semakin menyempit.

Keempat, teknik histerotomi. Pengguguran bayi dilakukan ketika kandungan berumur lebih dari enam bulan. Cara ini menggunakan sebuah alat bedah yang dimasukkan melalui dinding perut. Bayi kecil itu kadang langsung dibunuh dengan menggunakan teknik pil bunuh (Pil Roussell-Uclaf/RU-486).

Kelima, teknik prostaglandin, yang merupakan cara terbaru. Teknik ini menggunakan bahan-bahan kimia yang mengakibatkan rahim ibu mengerut sehingga bayi yang hidup itu mati dan terdorong keluar.

Apa dasar hukum aborsi ?

Dalam KUHP Bab XIX Pasal 346 s/d 350 dinyatakan sebagai berikut :
Pasal 346 : “Seorang wanita yang sengaja menggugurkan atau mematikan kandungannya atau menyuruh orang lain untuk itu, diancam dengan pidana penjara paling lama empat tahun”.

Pasal 347 :
(1) Barang siapa dengan sengaja menggugurkan atau mematikan kandungan seorang wanita tanpa persetujuannya, diancam dengan pidana penjara paling lama dua belas tahun.
(2) Jika perbuatan itu mengakibatkan matinya wanita tersebut, diancam dengan pidana penjara paling lama lima belas tahun.

Pasal 348 :
(1) Barang siapa dengan sengaja menggunakan atau mematikan kandungan seorang wanita dengan persetujuannya, diancam dengan pidana penjara paling lama lima tahun enam bulan.
(2) Jika perbuatan itu mengakibatkan matinya wanita tersebut, diancam dengan pidana penjara paling lama tujuh tahun.

Pasal 349 : “Jika seorang dokter, bidan atau juru obat membantu melakukan kejahatan berdasarkan pasal 346, ataupun membantu melakukan salah satu kejahatan dalam pasal 347 dan 348, maka pidana yang ditentukan dalam pasal itu dapat dditambah dengan sepertiga dan dapat dicabut hak untuk menjalankan pencaharian dalam mana kejahatan dilakukan”.

Dari rumusan pasal-pasal tersebut diatas dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa :
1. Seorang wanita hamil yang sengaja melakukan abortus atau ia menyuruh orang lain, diancam hukuman empat tahun penjara.

2. Seseorang yang sengaja melakukan abortus terhadap ibu hamil, dengan tanpa persetujuan ibu hamil tersebut, diancam hukuman penjara 12 tahun, dan jika ibu hamil tersebut mati, diancam 15 tahun penjara.

3. Jika dengan persetujuan ibu hamil, maka diancam hukuman 5,5 tahun penjara dan bila ibu hamilnya mati diancam hukuman 7 tahun penjara.

4. Jika yang melakukan dan atau membantu melakukan abortus tersebut seorang dokter, bidan atau juru obat (tenaga kesehatan) ancaman hukumannya ditambah sepertiganya dan hak untuk berpraktek dapat dicabut.


Pasal 15 ayat (1) dan ayat (2) dipidana dengan pidana penjara paling lama 15 (lima belas) tahun dan pidana denda paling banyak Rp. 500.000.000 (lima ratus juta rupiah).

Abortus buatan legal, yaitu abortus buatan yang sesuai dengan ketentuan ketentuan sebagaimana diatur dalam pasal 15 UU No.23 Tahun 1992 tentang kesehatan, yakni harus memenuhi anasir sebagai berikut :

a. Berdasarkan indikasi medis yang mengharuskan diambilnya tindakan tersebut;
b. Oleh tenaga kesehatan yang mempunyai keahlian dan kewenagan;
c. Dengan persetujuan ibu hamil yang bersangkutan atau suami atau keluarganya;
d. Pada sarana kesehatan tertentu.

Dalam Katekismus Gereja Katolik, aborsi dijelaskan dalam bagian 2270 – 2275.

Apa bahaya dari aborsi ?

Aborsi sangat mungkin berimplikasi negatif bagi perempuan yang pernah melakukannya. Mereka akan menderita beberapa penyakit kanker. Seperti, kanker payudara, kanker leher rahim, kanker indung telur, kanker hati, infeksi rongga panggul atau yang disebut pelvic inflammatory disense atau endometrosis. Mereka juga akan mengalami kelainan pada ari-ari yang disebut placenta previa, yang akan menyebabkan cacat pada anak dan perdarahan hebat pada saat kehamilan atau tidak memiliki anak lagi secara permanen atau ecotopic pregnancy. Mereka akan mengalami post abortion syndrome (PAS) atau mimpi buruk.

Aborsi merupakan sesuatu yang sangat disayangkan ,namun kenyataannya banyak orang di luaran melakukannya. Bahkan menurut data, setiap tahunnya kurang lebih 50 juta wanita di dunia melakukan aborsi dan sekitar 40%nya dilakukan secara illegal.

Portable Microsoft Office 2007

Sebenarnya hari ini mau posting beberapa file, cuma masalahnya gue sedang berada di warnet dengan fasilitas office 2003 sementara file yang mau diposting dalam bentuk office (word ) 2007. So, gak jadi deh. Daripada ke warnet gak bermanfaat, sekarang gue nyari2 portable office 2007. Udah dapet linknya dan sekarang lagi donlot. Buat yang punya masalah kek gue. Cari aja portable office 2007. Gampang kok. Masukin aja keywordnya di google. Pasti banyak yang nongol. Tinggal pinter2nya kita milih, mana yang sekedar iklan, mana yang benar2 yang kita cari.
Berhubung filenya lumayan berat, sudah pasti gak bakalan gue upload -karena kecepatan internet di tempat gue gak memungkinkan untuk upload file seberat 100an Mb.
Sebenarnya masih donlot juga, jadi belum nyoba programnya. Mudah-mudahan berhasil.

Pidato Pelantikan Barack Obama

Banyak orang kagum dan hening mendengarkan seorang presiden baru Amerika Serikat berpidato sesaat setelah pelantikannya menjadi presiden ke44 negara tersebut. Semangat berapi-api di tengah situasi Amerika yang sedang tidak stabil oleh kondisi krisis ekonomi yang melanda. Bagaimana beliau membius jutaan orang yang berkumpul di Capitol Hill dengan kata-kata.

Berikut kutipan pidato Barack Obama 20 Januari 2009
My fellow citizens:
I stand here today humbled by the task before us, grateful for the trust you have bestowed, mindful of the sacrifices borne by our ancestors. I thank President Bush for his service to our nation, as well as the generosity and cooperation he has shown throughout this transition.
Forty-four Americans have now taken the presidential oath. The words have been spoken during rising tides of prosperity and the still waters of peace. Yet, every so often, the oath is taken amidst gathering clouds and raging storms. At these moments, America has carried on not simply because of the skill or vision of those in high office, but because We the People have remained faithful to the ideals of our forebearers, and true to our founding documents.
So it has been. So it must be with this generation of Americans.
That we are in the midst of crisis is now well understood. Our nation is at war, against a far-reaching network of violence and hatred. Our economy is badly weakened, a consequence of greed and irresponsibility on the part of some, but also our collective failure to make hard choices and prepare the nation for a new age. Homes have been lost; jobs shed; businesses shuttered. Our health care is too costly; our schools fail too many; and each day brings further evidence that the ways we use energy strengthen our adversaries and threaten our planet. These are the indicators of crisis, subject to data and statistics. Less measurable but no less profound is a sapping of confidence across our land -- a nagging fear that America's decline is inevitable, and that the next generation must lower its sights.
Today I say to you that the challenges we face are real. They are serious and they are many. They will not be met easily or in a short span of time. But know this, America: They will be met.
On this day, we gather because we have chosen hope over fear, unity of purpose over conflict and discord.
On this day, we come to proclaim an end to the petty grievances and false promises, the recriminations and worn-out dogmas, that for far too long have strangled our politics.
We remain a young nation, but in the words of Scripture, the time has come to set aside childish things. Our minds are no less inventive, our goods and services no less needed than they were last week or last month or last year. Our capacity remains undiminished. But our time of standing pat, of protecting narrow interests and putting off unpleasant decisions -- that time has surely passed. For everywhere we look, there is work to be done. The state of the economy calls for action, bold and swift, and we will act -- not only to create new jobs, but to lay a new foundation for growth. Where the answer is yes, we intend to move forward. Where the answer is no, programs will end. And those of us who manage the public's dollars will be held to account -- to spend wisely, reform bad habits, and do our business in the light of day -- because only then can we restore the vital trust between a people and their government.
Nor is the question before us whether the market is a force for good or ill. Its power to generate wealth and expand freedom is unmatched, but this crisis has reminded us that without a watchful eye, the market can spin out of control -- and that a nation cannot prosper long when it favors only the prosperous. The success of our economy has always depended not just on the size of our gross domestic product, but on the reach of our prosperity; on our ability to extend opportunity to every willing heart -- not out of charity, but because it is the surest route to our common good.
As for our common defense, we reject as false the choice between our safety and our ideals. Our Founding Fathers, faced with perils we can scarcely imagine, drafted a charter to assure the rule of law and the rights of man, a charter expanded by the blood of generations. Those ideals still light the world, and we will not give them up for expedience's sake. And so to all other peoples and governments who are watching today, from the grandest capitals to the small village where my father was born: Know that America is a friend of each nation and every man, woman and child who seeks a future of peace and dignity, and that we are ready to lead once more.
Recall that earlier generations faced down fascism and communism not just with missiles and tanks, but with sturdy alliances and enduring convictions. They understood that our power alone cannot protect us, nor does it entitle us to do as we please. Instead, they knew that our power grows through its prudent use; our security emanates from the justness of our cause, the force of our example, the tempering qualities of humility and restraint.
We are the keepers of this legacy. Guided by these principles once more, we can meet those new threats that demand even greater effort -- even greater cooperation and understanding between nations. We will begin to responsibly leave Iraq to its people, and forge a hard-earned peace in Afghanistan. With old friends and former foes, we will work tirelessly to lessen the nuclear threat, and roll back the specter of a warming planet. We will not apologize for our way of life, nor will we waver in its defense, and for those who seek to advance their aims by inducing terror and slaughtering innocents, we say to you now that our spirit is stronger and cannot be broken; you cannot outlast us, and we will defeat you.
For we know that our patchwork heritage is a strength, not a weakness. We are a nation of Christians and Muslims, Jews and Hindus -- and nonbelievers. To the Muslim world, we seek a new way forward, based on mutual interest and mutual respect. In the year of America's birth, in the coldest of months, a small band of patriots huddled by dying campfires on the shores of an icy river. The capital was abandoned. The enemy was advancing. The snow was stained with blood. At a moment when the outcome of our revolution was most in doubt, the father of our nation ordered these words be read to the people:
"Let it be told to the future world ... that in the depth of winter, when nothing but hope and virtue could survive... that the city and the country, alarmed at one common danger, came forth to meet [it]."
America. In the face of our common dangers, in this winter of our hardship, let us remember these timeless words. With hope and virtue, let us brave once more the icy currents, and endure what storms may come. Let it be said by our children's children that when we were tested, we refused to let this journey end, that we did not turn back, nor did we falter; and with eyes fixed on the horizon and God's grace upon us, we carried forth that great gift of freedom and delivered it safely to future generations.

The Time Has Come

Apa Indonesia juga ???

Hari ini, sebenarnya gue berencana mau ke kampus ngecek siklus koas –berhubung untuk melihat situs siklus cuma bisa dibuka di fakultas -. Sudah jam 12.09 yang kompi gue tunjukkan. Iseng-iseng sebelum berangkat nyalain TV. Biasanya kalau bukan gossip paling juga berita tentang pembunuhan and else , intinya crime and gossip hours. Masih ada berita di TVone, yang lain-lain amat biasa. Akhirnya sampai di channelnya Global TV yang saat sekarang ini lagi mutarin acara-acara MTV. Biasanya jam-jam segini ,ada top chartnya, tapi hari ini secara gak sengaja ternyata adalah ‘siaran langsung’ –gak yakin siaran langsung, jarang2 global menayangkan siarang langsung dengan sinyal yang bagus , tapi kayaknya emang langsung karena gak ada translatenya - dari Service Nation : Be the change. Masih dalam rangka inagurasi Presiden terpilihnya AS , Barack Obama.
Acaranya keren abiz, Jadi sambil nulis postingan ini, gue nonton band2 ngetop lagi perform seperti fall out boys, kids rock – lagi manggung- dll. Tapi yang paling menarik adalah liputan-liputannya, gimana anak muda amerika berusaha “be the change” , gimana mereka jadi volunteer di Negara-negara Afrika, jadi volunteer di perpustakaan, dan gimana obama ikut mengecet dinding ruangan. Lumayan melancholic. Bagaimana di Negara-negara bagian amerika , para volunteer menunjukkan semangat kebersamaan mereka membantu dan menjadi relawan. Bagaimana di Negara yang dengan penduduk yang sama sekali mereka tidak kenal, bukan saudara, bukan kerabat mereka tapi mereka punya semangat untuk melayani. Sesuatu yang mungkin sangat-sangat langkah di Negara gue tercinta ini. Gue bukan seorang fanatic Obama, tapi seorang yang kagum dengan opini-opininya –kecuali tentang pelegalan aborsi- dan gimana dia membawa orang hanyut dalam pidato-pidatonya – yang sebagian besar tidak akan kumengerti tanpa seorang interpreter di tv -. Suatu awal yang baik, dilihat dari perspektif ini. Entahlah bila ada sisi negative di bagian yang lain, tapi let be a positif thinking guys. A different perspective dari Amerika yang menjadi “musuh besar dunia”.

PCMAV 1.92 update build1

Update Build1 hadir dengan penambahan 10 pengenal varian virus baru. Bagi Anda pengguna PCMAV 1.92 sangat disarankan segera melakukan update, agar PCMAV Anda dapat mengenali dan membasmi virus lebih banyak lagi.

Untuk mendapatkan dan menggunakan update PCMAV ini, pastikan terlebih dahulu PCMAV RealTime Protector tidak sedang aktif. Jika iya, Anda harus menutup aplikasi tersebut terlebih dahulu. Lalu Anda cukup menjalankan PCMAV Cleaner (PCMAV-CLN.exe), tentunya komputer harus dalam keadaan aktif terhubung ke Internet (non-proxy). Fitur GetUpdates dari PCMAV secara otomatis akan memberikan alamat internet yang aktif di mana Anda bisa men-download file update tersebut. Letakkan file hasil download tersebut (PCMAV.vdb) ke dalam folder di mana PCMAV berada. Jika sebelumnya telah terdapat file update yang lama, Anda cukup menimpanya. Pastikan sekali lagi, bahwa nama file update adalah PCMAV.vdb, jika berbeda, cukup ubah namanya. Dan nanti saat Anda kembali menjalankan PCMAV, ia sudah dalam keadaan kondisi ter-update.


Valeria.C. Virus lokal yang satu ini, lagi-lagi dibuat menggunakan Visual Basic, dan sepertinya ada kemiripan dengan virus Aksika, bisa jadi ia merupakan versi modifikasi dari virus Aksika. Virus ini menyamar menggunakan icon mirip folder, dengan ukuran file sekitar 152KB tanpa di-pack. Pada komputer terinfeksi, akan ditemukan beberapa file yang mirip sekali dengan folder padahal itu adalah virus. Diketahui, pada setiap root drive, ia akan membuat sebuah folder dengan nama valerianet yang berisi file virus. Untuk mengetahui apakah komputer sudah terinfeksi virus ini apa belum, cukup mudah. Komputer terinfeksi ditandai dengan terdapatnya file dengan nama valeria.txt di C:\.
